Windows 8.1 Update with New Features of Windows 10
Microsoft periodically updates Windows for including new features and security protections. With the latest update on Windows 8. 1 it will be easy for managing the desktops with touch screens and mouse. Some of the features apart from security updates are as follows.
Favorite Apps / Key Controls
Power Button and Search Button has been included in the start screen through this update. This will be visible in the top right portion of the start screen. Shutting Down Hibernation or Sleep mode can be enabled through this button.
Opened Apps and those apps which has been pinned to the task bar will be visible on the taskbar itself. If Apps other than desktop are running those apps from Windows store will also be visible on the taskbar. For accessing apps quickly these can be pinned to the taskbar.
Starting to the Desktop bypassing the start menu is possible for quicker booting with the latest update from Windows. The start screen also be turned on if older version is preferred.
Minimizing and closing apps with mouse will also be easy with the latest update feature. Right clicking on the apps will make the context menu visible for pinning the apps to taskbar or desktop.
